Day to day that’s agentic platform work on MCP and A2A, enterprise retrieval systems, and setting technical direction for the team.
Thinking about
What Zero Trust has to become when the thing requesting access is an autonomous agent rather than a person — and how much of enterprise AI governance is still built on access-control assumptions from before agents existed. Most of the interesting failure modes are authorization problems wearing an AI costume.

Just back from Vietnam — Hanoi, Huế, Hoi An, Da Nang — and still thinking about a bún bò Huế stall in Huế that Anthony Bourdain sent me to. Writing up that trip and the 2019 Europe one properly.
